Our Journey dates back to 2014, when our founder, Arvind witnessed his father, a traditional jeweller, not using any technology to manage his business due to complexities of software usage. After a thorough analysis, he realized that Jewellery sector lacked an all in one software that would empower Jewellers in managing their daily operations efficiently. Inspired by the vision to transform jewellery industry, Sales Neuron - An Intuitive, Customizable Jewellery Management Software, was born. Drawing motivation from all spheres possible, Arvind started working with a small hard working team in making his dream a reality. The main challenge faced by him was to change the mindset of jewellers who were comfortable with the traditional manual methods. But with perseverance, all things are attainable and soon a strong client base of 100+ happy customers became a part of our ever growing success story.

Every jewellery store is unique and so is the approach to its management. Diving deep into analysing customer pain points, we developed our own technology framework that can empower end user to customize every element of the software without any technical support thereby reducing customization charges to zero & personalizing the software to their business needs.This approach was widely acclaimed by our clients and motivated us to explore other verticals like wellness & healthcare. Today, Sales Neuron is an IOT enabled bespoke business management platform for retail industry empowering 150+ customers across India.
